Host a power series event

A power series event is typically a panel event which is open to the wider GS community including, students, young professionals, mentors and entrepreneurs.

It is also used as a way for us to enable our dream hunters to develop their social capital, be inspired by our partner employer and practice important soft skills in a professional environment.

We also use this event to recruit additional mentors within GS.

The uniqueness of this concept is that you engage both active and inactive job seekers. Inactive job seekers are the most significant percentage of the UK working population. They include the people who qualify for your job roles but who may not see themselves working in your organisation, they may not be aware of you or your opportunities, hence apply elsewhere.

We will hand pick up to 5 dream hunters for your vacancies who meet your criteria and prepare them for interview.

  • Speed Mentoring is quick fire questions from our dream hunters to our mentors either in a group or one to one
  • 6 month mentoring programmeis a one on one relationship between a mentor and a dream hunter who are matched by Generation Success
